1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Note: Processing time is the time it takes us to pack your order. This does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively to countries within the European Union.

International: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location. We use Bpost and PostNL to ensure reliable service.
Free Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €100.
Standard Delivery Estimates:

Belgium: 1–2 business days after processing.

Netherlands/Luxembourg: 2–3 business days after processing.

Rest of EU: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship from Belgium strictly to other countries within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. The price you see at checkout includes the applicable VAT for your region (OSS), and there will be no hidden fees upon delivery.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number from Bpost or PostNL. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Haus of Health is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, but we want to ensure you are satisfied.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or contact our support team immediately so we can help guide you through the process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
